Step #2-Schedule Foundations Class or Purchase a membership
The foundations program is broken into 4 session where we teach you the foundational movements, the lingo, and familiarize you with the class structure. Our goal is to make sure that you feel comfortable and confident enough to join regularly scheduled classes. We will offer these classes upon appointment only for the next couple months. To schedule your beginner classes please submit the form below. Our scheduling manager will contact you promptly to discuss class openings and membership options.
Discounts:
*We offer a 20% discount for Law Enforcement, Veterans, Fire Fighters, and Students. We ask that you provide proof of student status and employment when requesting discount application. This discount is ONLY allowed for the 1 Month Unlimited Memberships
*We offer "Family Member" discounts. When a second member is added to your "family" then each of you will save $10 each month. We allow for up to 3 family members to be added under the head of household (A family of 4 would receive a $40 monthly discount).
*ALL discounts must be applied in house. If you would like to purchase a membership online we can always add the discount later!
